Combining foods – proteins and carbohydrates

Each type of food is degraded and digested in a different and specific way. Some stay in the stomach and intestines for a long time, others are ready for removal from the body very quickly after digestion by the stomach enzymes and the ingestion of their constituents in the intestine. Combining Carbohydrates and Proteins – Basic Principles

This is the most common combination of foods from almost everyone in the world. It turns out that the regular combination of carbohydrates and proteins (proteins) in one meal is the basis of most of the digestive problems – irregular stomach, swollen stomach, constipation , etc. This nutritional combination is also a major cause of weight problems.

Because carbohydrates and proteins are completely degraded in chemically opposed environments, their simultaneous intake requires the body to simultaneously digest alkaline and acidic digestive enzymes. They mutually neutralize , which slows metabolism, food is held longer along the gastrointestinal tract, resulting in swelling, feeling of weight and even stomach ache.

Of course, there are foods whose proper combination has a very positive effect on digestion . They also deserve their attention in view of the benefits they can bring to deal with chronic problems such as lazy intestine, irregular stomach , constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, and so on.
